The Nourish Framework does not sell personal information. Third-party providers such as Squarespace, payment processors, Google Calendar, and email services may process information under their own policies. Services and scope

The Nourish Framework provides general wellness education, habit support, meal-planning education, accountability, and general fitness planning. Christopher is a Founder & Wellness Counselor—not a licensed dietitian, nutritionist, physician, therapist, or physical therapist. Services are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medical nutrition therapy, physical therapy, or rehabilitation, and do not replace care from a qualified professional.

Fitness safety

Exercise involves risk. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have been advised to limit activity. Stop and seek appropriate care if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Prices and service details are shown before checkout. Because personalized work begins after intake, completed or delivered personalized plans are generally non-refundable. If you need to cancel before work begins, email hello@thenourishframework.com promptly. Consultation rescheduling is subject to calendar availability. If The Nourish Framework cannot provide a purchased service, an appropriate refund or alternative will be offered.
